Police investigate shooting at east Fort Worth home; 1 person shot in chest
Police are investigating after a person was shot at a east Fort Worth home on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded about 4 p.m. to the shooting at a house in the 3600 block of South Littlejohn Avenue, police said.
According to the 911 call log, a caller reported her friend was shot in the chest.
Police said that while officers were responding to the call, the victim was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle.
The victim is hospitalized and further details of his condition have not been released.
A suspect has not been identified, police said.
