32-year-old man fatally shot outside east Fort Worth fast food restaurant

A 32-year-old man was fatally shot Friday night, April 11, outside an east Fort Worth fast food restaurant, officials said.

Officers were dispatched to the Taco Bell at 1435 Eastchase Parkway about 9:50 p.m., according to the 911 call sheet. They found a man lying in the parking lot with gunshot wounds to the upper body, police said.

The victim died at the scene. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Fabrice Muvunyi of Fort Worth.

Homicide detectives learned that the victim was shot by an unknown person shortly after arriving at the Taco Bell, police said. No arrests have been announced, and the motive for the shooting is under investigation.
