Fort Worth homicide detectives investigate fatal shooting of man
A man was killed in a shooting in Fort Worth on Sunday afternoon, police said.
At 3:56 p.m., police responded to a shooting call in the 1100 block of East Arlington Avenue, in south Fort Worth.
A man had been shot and died at the scene, Fort Worth officer Daniel Segura said. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Carrington Lee Galloway, 57, of Fort Worth. He was shot in the back and found on a sidewalk, according to the medical examiner’s website.
Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting and were searching for suspects.
