Fort Worth-area shooting leaves one man critically wounded, another in custody
One man was in critical condition Tuesday after being shot during a disturbance in North Richland Hills, police said.
Another man was in custody.
North Richland Hills police responded to a disturbance call between two men about 9:30 a.m. in the 6900 block of Northeast Loop 820.
When they arrived, patrol officers located a suspect and detained him.
The victim, who authorities did not identify, was located nearby. Officers and paramedics provided medical aid and took the victim to a local hospital.
The suspect was later arrested, and an investigation continued.
North Richland Hills police did not release any information on a motive for the shooting or the suspect.
