Woman found dead inside Denton home identified; she was beaten to death
A woman found dead Friday in a Denton home has been identified, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s website on Monday.
The victim was Diane Kramer, 65, according to officials with the medical examiner’s office. She died from blunt-force trauma to her head, and her death has been ruled a homicide.
Kramer was found dead in her home.
It’s believed she had been dead for at least several days.
No arrests have been made in connection with the death.
A caller reported on Friday evening she had gone to check on her mother and found her dead, police said. Officers responded around 5:15 pm. Friday to the welfare call in the 800 block of Cross Timber Street.
