FORT WORTH

About 860 crimes were recorded in Fort Worth in the second week of February, according to a Star-Telegram crime map created with data that the city released.

There were 41 aggravated assaults and 65 assaults between Feb. 9 and Feb. 15, according to the data.

There were 89 vehicle burglaries, 27 residential burglaries and 23 commercial burglaries.

The map displays the locations of offenses with multi-colored dots. Clicking a dot reveals information about the crime. The data that the city released does not include information about sexual assaults.

The map includes filters for different types of crime, and selecting a filter allows users to see only the occurrences of that crime.
