Shot in the leg, teenage boy runs into a Fort Worth store; police detain two suspects

A teenage boy was shot in his leg on Friday before he ran into a Fort Worth store, police said.

The victim was shot about 5:45 p.m. and went inside the Autozone in the 8600 block of South Hulen Street, according to police.

The boy was taken to a hospital in serious condition, a MedStar spokesman said. His injury was not life-threatening,according to police.

Police detained two suspects, a department spokesman said. The investigation of a motive was incomplete.
