54-year-old ‘unintended victim’ among men shot at Fort Worth gas station, police say

Two men were shot Friday at a gas station and store in south Fort Worth, police said.

Among the victims is a 54-year-old man who was shot in each leg, police said. The man, who was not the assailant’s target, was taken to a hospital and was expected to survive.

A 19-year-old man who the suspect intended to shoot was wounded in the arm, police said. He was taken to a hospital with a non life-threatening injury.

The victims were shot about 4:30 p.m. at a Conoco at Miller Avenue and Martin Street, police said.
