20-year-old woman identified as victim in fatal weekend crash in Fort Worth suburb

A Richland Hills woman has been identified as the person who died in a weekend crash in Bedford, authorities said Monday.

The cause of the wreck was under investigation.

Nashaly Mendez Frontera, 20, who was pronounced dead at 7:17 a.m. Saturday, according to officials with the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

She died from blunt force and penetrating injuries and her death was ruled an accident by officials with the medical examiner’s office.

Bedford police responded to a major accident about 7:15 a.m. Saturday in the westbound lanes of Texas 183 in Bedford.

The crash involved a single vehicle.

Bedford police did not release any other details on the fatal wreck.
