Motorist killed after her vehicle struck on Colleyville Boulevard

A woman died from injuries she suffered Wednesday morning when her vehicle was hit by another vehicle as she pulled out on Colleyville Boulevard, a city spokeswoman said.
Several lanes of traffic were closed Wednesday for several hours as authorities investigated the fatal wreck.
Officials with the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office identified the victim as Merle Small, 73, of Weatherford. She was pronounced dead shortly after the accident at a Grapevine hospital.
The crash occurred at 10:50 a.m. at Colleyville Boulevard and Antwrep Drive.
The female driver pulled out onto Colleyville Boulevard when she was T-boned by another vehicle, officials said.
Police did not provide any other details.
