The most beautiful garden in the state is local to North Texas.

Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens is ranked as one of the most beautiful gardens in the country, according to HGTV.

During fall, the garden has more than 110,000 pumpkins on display making it “America’s most photographed seasonal displays.”

Every year, the Dallas Arboretum is known for its “Iconic Pumpkin Village.” This will be the 20th year where the garden pathways are lined by the orange gourds leading you to a village of pumpkins for guests to enjoy.

The theme for 2025 is “¡Mundo México!” The arboretum showcases seven different regions of Mexico to celebrate its heritage with displays made completely by pumpkins, gourds and squashes and sculptures by Oaxacan artists Jacobo and María Ángeles.
