Missing 11-year-old girl found safe in Grapevine, Texas, police say
Shortly after Grapevine police asked the public for help to find a missing 11-year-old girl, the child was safely located on Monday afternoon.
The girl was reported missing after she was last seen at her home about 9:30 a.m. Monday, July 21, officials said.
Grapevine police said that they wanted to find her due to her age, but she had run away from home and did not meet the requirements for an official Amber Alert.
