1 man critically injured in shooting at Richland Hills apartment, cops say

A man is in critical condition after a shooting at an apartment complex in Richland Hills on Sunday, police said.

One man is in critical condition after being shot an apartment complex in Richland Hills on Sunday, May 4, police said.

Officers responded to a shooting call in the 3800 block of Booth Calloway Road at about 11:35 a.m., police said.

When officers arrived at the scene they found one man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, police said.

Two persons of interest have been detained in the shooting, police said.

Based on the initial investigation, this is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no current threat to public safety, police said.

Richland Hills police said the investigation is ongoing.
