A small aircraft with three people aboard crashed into a field in North Texas on Monday, April 28.

A Beechcraft King Air crashed in a field near Lancaster Regional Airport at 730 Ferris Road, around 4:15 p.m., the Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement.

Further details about the condition of the passengers was not immediately available.

The FAA is investigating the crash, according to the statement.
