Girl killed, another seriously injured after car pushed through guardrail in Fort Worth
A 6-year-old girl died and another child was seriously injured in a car crash in Fort Worth on Saturday night.
At about 6:57 p.m., police went to a crash in the 3000 block of East Loop 820 at Craig Street.
The driver of a black Dodge Ram hydroplaned and lost control of his car, police said. He crashed into a gold Nissan Altima that a woman was driving with her two daughters, who were about 4 and 6 years old.
The Nissan Altima was pushed through a guardrail and rolled onto the service road.
The 6-year-old daughter died, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner. The other was in serious condition at a local hospital, police said.
