Be on alert! Armed serial robber hits 3 more times in Arlington; he’s been in Fort Worth
A serial armed robber struck again, again and again Thursday night in Arlington, bringing the total of his holdups to more than a dozen since Feb. 21, police say.
The bandit also has hit stores in Fort Worth and Mansfield.
“The bulk of the robberies involved drug stores like CVS and Walgreens,” said Arlington police Lt. Christopher Cook in a Friday email to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
At least one person has been assaulted in the string of holdups.
Arlington police on Friday released new surveillance photographs of the suspect in hope that someone would recognize him and contact police.
Thursday night, the robber struck at a Domino’s Pizza, a Walgreens and a Pizza Hut. No injuries were reported.
The suspect has robbed at least 10 stores and three residents in Arlington, Arlington police said.
