Tarrant County reports fewest COVID-19 cases in nearly a month on Sunday
Tarrant County reported its fewest new coronavirus cases in nearly a month on Sunday.
Sunday’s 170 cases follow 262 on Saturday, the first days with fewer than 300 cases since Sept. 18. The last time the county reported fewer cases was 131 on Aug. 31. The county reported no deaths Sunday after reporting eight on Saturday.
Tarrant County has confirmed 49,329 COVID-19 cases, including 653 deaths and an estimated 43,275 recoveries.
Dallas County reported 199 cases and four deaths on Sunday. Dallas County has confirmed 81,175 COVID-19 cases, including 1,020 deaths.
