These Texas companies are some of the best employers in the world, Forbes says
Forbes released its list of the World’s Best Employers this month, and quite a few Texas-based companies made the cut.
Forbes creates the list with the help of Statista to survey more than 300,000 employees across 50 countries. Employers were eligible for the survey if they had more than 1,000 employees. Participants were asked open-ended questions about their current employer, as well as any previous employers from the past two years, to determine the ranking.
Four U.S.-based companies took the top four spots on Forbes list. Microsoft took the No. 1 spot, followed by Delta Air Lines, Alphabet and Adobe.
A few Texas-based companies made the top 350 (out of 900) with a majority based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Let’s take a look at which Texas companies are ranked as some of the world’s best employers.
