Artisan Circle (previously known as Crockett Row) in Fort Worth’s West 7th Entertainment District was bought in 2023 by Younger Partners, a Dallas-based real estate agency. Its “long term revitalization plan” includes plans for increased street lighting, elevators in parking garages and enhanced safety with security officers and cameras.

Other tenants in the area have also closed recently; Si Tapas, Mash’d and La Familia have all closed within the past year. New tenants like Tandy Leather, Henry McCarty Irish Pub and Top of the Morning restaurant are in the works to open this Fall.
