Live like a rock star. Pantera co-founder Vinnie Paul’s Arlington home for sale
If you ever wanted to live like a rock star, there’s a local option for you.
An Arlington home once owned by late Pantera co-founder Vinnie Paul is for sale.
Paul, the drummer for the seminal heavy metal band, died in 2018 at age 54 at his Las Vegas home.
The four-bedroom, 3,784-square-foot home at 1209 Hickory Valley Court is listed for $750,000.
The gated hilltop home sits on an acre and a half and was built in 1995. It includes four and a half baths, a safe room, two game rooms, and a pool, spa, and sauna. It also features four air-conditioner units and a power generator.
The house was listed last week.
An offer is already pending, so if you’re interested you better act faster than a Pantera guitar solo.
