Dine like the Duttons at this DFW steakhouse — and no, it’s not Cattlemen’s
In the spirit of the new “Yellowstone” spinoff series “Dutton Ranch,” a North Texas steakhouse is offering an experience to “Dine like the Duttons.”
Stillwell’s Steakhouse in the Hôtel Swexan in Dallas is offering a limited-time chef tasting menu themed around the show. The multi-course dinner captures the spirit of the Modern west, with flavors inspired by the Texas ranch country.
Like Fort Worth’s Cattlemen’s — which is owned by Taylor Sheridan — Stillwell’s is centered around the heritage of Texas ranching. The name comes from Texan cowgirl hall-of-famer Hallie Stillwell. The Dallas steakhouse also made the Texas Michelin guide in both 2024 and 2025.
It is only available until June 21, so buck up and mosey over.
Dine like the Duttons chef tasting menu
The Dining like the Duttons tasting menu entails a four-course dinner for $115 per person. This does not include beverages.
As an amuse-bouche, guests will start with deviled eggs topped with roe and dill.
A cornbread skillet dripped in cheddar and whipped honey butter will serve as course one.
Save room for the Stillwell’s chili as course two, made with Harwood Premium Beef (HWD), corn nuts, chilis and a cheese Monray sauce.
Course three is a choice of either a 6-ounce HWD filet with a bone marrow wine sauce and potatoes, or the brick chicken with corn and petite peppers.
There are upgrade options for course three to a $65 Tomahawk for Two with creamed corn and crispy potato salad, or a $60, 22-ounce Cowboy steak.
Dessert is a rich and chocolatey Texas sheet cake with candied pecans and bourbon caramel.
