Who has the best burger in Fort Worth? Nominate your favorite spot now

Everybody loves a burger, and Fort Worth has no shortage of joints serving up everything from greasy spoon classics to stacked gourmet creations.

But which one deserves to be called the best? That’s where we need your help.

We’re launching a poll for the best burger joint in the Fort Worth area, similar to our previous polls for best ice cream, best queso and best hot dog — and it all starts with you.

Whether it’s a hole-in-the-wall with the juiciest patties or a neighborhood hangout known for its towering creations, this initial survey is your chance to write in your favorites.

Fast-food chains don’t count, since this poll is all about spotlighting local businesses. But you can nominate more than one favorite.

Here’s how it works.

How to nominate your favorite

Nominations are open from 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, until 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17.

Nominate your favorite in the form below.

From there, voting will unfold in two rounds:

  • Round 1 (Top 10 selection): Voting runs from a little after 2 p.m. Sept. 17 until 2 p.m. Sept. 24.
  • Round 2 (Final, Top 5 selection): Voting runs from a little after 2 p.m. Sept. 24 until 2 p.m. Oct. 1.

The winner will be announced after the votes are counted on Wednesday, Oct. 1.

And remember — this isn’t a scientific survey. It’s all for fun, so show some love to your favorite local burger joint. Nominate now and help us crown the best in Fort Worth.
