Yu Darvish is expected to start Saturday against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field, the club announced Wednesday.

Darvish, on the 15-day disabled list with shoulder tightness, threw a bullpen session Wednesday in Arlington.

On Sunday, he made the second of two rehab starts for Double A Frisco, throwing 72 pitches in five innings, and allowing three earned runs on six hits against Northwest Arkansas.

Darivsh is 2-0 with a 2.87 ERA in three starts with the Rangers. He went on the DL after his last outing on June 8 against the Houston Astros, a no-decision in which he allowed one in five innings.
