Rangers pitcher Yu Darvish scheduled to start Saturday vs. Cubs
Yu Darvish is expected to start Saturday against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field, the club announced Wednesday.
Darvish, on the 15-day disabled list with shoulder tightness, threw a bullpen session Wednesday in Arlington.
On Sunday, he made the second of two rehab starts for Double A Frisco, throwing 72 pitches in five innings, and allowing three earned runs on six hits against Northwest Arkansas.
Darivsh is 2-0 with a 2.87 ERA in three starts with the Rangers. He went on the DL after his last outing on June 8 against the Houston Astros, a no-decision in which he allowed one in five innings.

Friday (1:20 p.m.): LHP Martin Perez (7-5, 3.85) vs. RHP Kyle Hendricks (7-6, 2.55)
Saturday (1:20 p.m.): RHP Yu Darvish (2-0, 2.87) vs. RHP Jason Hammel (7-5, 3.46)
Sunday (1:20 p.m.): LHP Cole Hamels (9-2, 3.21) vs. RHP John Lackey (7-5, 3.70)
