Junior forward Amy Okonkwo scored a game-high 19 points off the bench as TCU's women matched their most Big 12 wins in a season with Wednesday's 72-60 victory in Lubbock against Texas Tech.

The Horned Frogs (18-9, 9-7 Big 12) outscored Tech 19-12 after one period, led 38-17 at halftime and began the fourth quarter in front 57-34. The Red Raiders were held scoreless for a 10-minute span over the second and third periods. The loss was Tech's ninth in a row.

Kianna Ray contributed nine points and five assists for the Horned Frogs while Lauren Heard added nine points and four rebounds.

The 12-point loss by Tech (7-20, 1-15) is as close as the Red Raiders have been in a conference game except for a win over Kansas. TCU has won two in a row after ending a four-game losing streak.
