Gun-wielding motorist caught on video during I-35E road rage incident
Police are searching for a motorist who was caught on video pointing a gun toward a passing vehicle on Interstate 35E in Lancaster on Friday, WFAA reported.
The video and photos from the incident were posted to Facebook by Victoria Best, who filmed the man while driving past him on the highway.
Best’s video had been viewed more than 2.8 million times on Facebook by Sunday evening. She told WFAA that the man had been driving in front of her and braking repeatedly.
“It was like he was trying to cause a rear-end accident,” Best told WFAA. “That was what made me pick up my phone and start recording.”

Lancaster police were still trying to identify the man on Sunday, according to WFAA.
In an unrelated road rage incident Saturday, Arlington police arrested a man who is suspected of shooting five rounds into the air near a woman who had honked her horn to avoid a collision in the 800 block of Web Street.
Jose Mendoza, 23, faces charges of deadly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
