Wolf Hollow is located on 415 acres in Parker County.

Wolf Hollow is an opportunity to own a unique 415 acres in Parker County that is conveniently located just 45 minutes west of downtown Fort Worth.

The rolling terrain offers a perfect developmental area with several spots for building sites. A buyer could make this their own private hunting oasis with its lush variety of heavily treed areas for wildlife to flourish. The property is amazing for livestock grazing with over 150 plus acres overflowing with native grasslands. There is a piped fence with cattle panels running the perimeter of the property as well as cross fencing throughout. The ranch had not been grazed for over 4 years until recently, when livestock was added. Grindstone Creek runs through the middle of the property, with 224 acres to the west of the creek and 124 acres to the east. The land closest to the freeway has a 66-acre partial which could be sold by itself and offers commercial or private home potential, with high bluffs for a breathtaking view. Natural resources of moss rock and sandstone are located throughout the land (a rock hunter’s paradise.) There is also an old hand-dug well on the property, with the possibility of available surface water. The sellers will subdivide.

The ranch can be entered two different ways. Either enter off of Highway I-20 service road where there is approximately 1/10 of mile road frontage or entered off Grindstone Road where there is over two miles of road frontage. The original ranch was over 800 acres and owned by the same family for over 15-years. The property is known to have been inhabited by Native Americans, more so than any other surrounding area.

From downtown Fort Worth, go west on I-20, take the Millsap exit. At the stop sign, go left under the bridge, then take the next right to travel west on a two-way service road. The property located at the top of the incline, on the left-hand side, with a red-pipe fence entrance gate. One may also exit at the Brock exit, turn left to Grindstone Road and turn right, travel approximately three and one-half miles to property with the same red fencing on the right-hand side with a Williams Trew Real Estate sign.

Call agent Tracy Smith for a private showing. Potential buyers must be qualified and have proof of available funds. Tracy or the owners must be present at each showing.
