Here’s how the Dallas Cowboys honored Marshawn Kneeland before Sunday’s game

The Dallas Cowboys made a video tribute and held a moment of silence for defensive end Marshawn Kneeland before the team’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday at AT&T Stadium.

Kneeland died by suicide on Nov. 6, devastating the NFL and Dallas Cowboys community with friends, teammates and family mourning his loss.

Before the moment of silence, the Cowboys presented a video tribute to Kneeland that started with the moment he was drafted in the NFL and showed Kneeland smiling and laughing with teammates, as well as showing the decal added to the Cowboys’ helmets in his honor.

Kneeland’s family is in attendance Sunday.

The Cowboys also had a flag that they carried onto the field with Kneeland’s name and number on it, in the team’s first home game since his death.
