Terry Bradshaw reveals why he’s no fan of Dallas Cowboys’ Quinnen Williams trade

The Dallas Cowboys made a couple of big moves at the NFL trade deadline, including giving up a 2027 first-round pick and 2026 second-round pick to acquire New York Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams to help reinforce a struggling defense.

Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw explained on “Fox NFL Sunday” why he was not a fan of the deal.

“I would not have done that,” he said. “They’re not gonna win the Super Bowl. They’ve got those draft choices. I would’ve saved the No. 1. I wouldn’t have given it up. I know they got pass rushers now, but I would not have done that.”

That Cowboys also sent defensive tackle Mazi Smith to the Jets in the deal.

The Cowboys (3-5-1) are hoping the trade will help the defense turn things around and let Dallas make a push for the playoffs. The Cowboys have a bye this week and will next play the Las Vegas Raiders on Nov. 17.
