Elote burger, dessert nachos among new foods available at Dallas Cowboys games
Dessert nachos and an elote burger are just a couple of the new food offerings available at AT&T Stadium during Dallas Cowboys home games starting Sunday, Sept. 14.
The Cowboys and Legends Hospitality unveiled the newest culinary creations for the 2025-2026 season on Monday, Sept. 8. The items will be available starting this weekend, when the Cowboys take on the New York Giants at noon on Sunday.
“The new burgers on the menu for the 2025 Dallas Cowboys NFL season feature toppings from classic favorites like Frito Pie and traditional authentic elote, and the combination is fabulous,” said George Wasai, vice president of food and beverage for Legends for AT&T Stadium. “We love that we now have a specialty big flavor topped hot dog that brings the fun energy of Rowdy to our menus.”
Here’s a look at what’s new (and returning) at AT&T Stadium this season.
The Rowdy Dog
“A Sonoran-style hot dog featuring a Nathan’s All Beef Frank wrapped in bacon and served on a brioche bun with candied jalapenos, pico de gallo, and a spicy crema.”
Available at specialty dog carts on the main concourse.
The Elote Burger
“A juicy beef patty on a brioche bun served with lettuce, tomato, pepperjack cheese and Flamin’ Hot elote.”
Available at vaqueros stands near sections 204, 229, 416 and 446.
The Frito Pie Burger
“Juicy beef patty on a brioche bun topped with chili, cheddar cheese, chili cheese Fritos and pico de gallo.”
Available at smoke house stands near sections 412 and 442.
The Texas Burrito
“The Texas Burrito features the fans’s choice of chicken or beef, crispy French fries, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and a spicy crema wrapped inside of a locally sourced 17” flour tortilla.”

Dessert Nachos
“Game day delicious cinnamon-sugar-topped Dallas Cowboys stars with housemade strawberry and cream cheese dipping sauces.”
Available at grab and go markets on upper concourse.
The Smoked Salmon BLT
“Honey smoked salmon with bacon, arugula, heirloom tomato, avocado and chipotle aioli.”

Thick-cut Tostitos tortilla chips with hot nacho cheese sauce, hearty Texas chili, and topped with fresh pico de gallo and jalapeños.”
