Watch: Micah Parsons’ reaction to the Dallas Cowboys drafting Tyler Booker

The Dallas Cowboys drafted the heir apparent to Zack Martin with the selection of Alabama guard Tyler Booker in the NFL Draft on Thursday.

Cowboys star Micah Parsons was on Bleacher Report’s live stream, where he reacted live to the Cowboys’ selection of Booker and made a face, causing his fellow hosts to break out in laughter before Parsons explained.

The Penn State product would go on to say he liked the pick, but admitted he wanted a defensive selection.

“Hold on, Hold on I am excited about the pick, this guy is a beast, he is a beast, I look at him and Tyler Smith, guard on guard with Zack Martin leaving said Parsons, “I just wanted to see that on my side of the ball, that’s it, but this guy is a beast, I’m not mad at the pick.”

Later on the live stream, the two met and Booker got Parsons excited, talking about how he enjoys watching the love for football leave his opponents when they line up against him.

“It feels great, football is a child’s game, so people wake up be like man I can’t wait to play this football game today,” said Booker, “They get so excited to play football until they come across Tyler Booker, and then when I’m going after you quarter after quarter, play after play, series after series and I start to see that love leave their eyes that what makes me love the game.”

Booker will compete for the starting spot heading into the season, and owner Jerry Jones is betting the Alabama product will win the competition.
