CeeDee Lamb responds to rumor that Dallas Cowboys could trade Micah Parsons

The NFL Network’s Ian Rappoport reported that the Dallas Cowboys had internal discussions about whether the team should pay or trade Micah Parsons ahead of a possible contract extension that could make him the highest-paid defensive player in the NFL.

Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb responded to the report on X, formerly Twitter, asking if people are tired of the offseason drama from the team.

“Y’all aren’t tired of this? Every offseason, top of the charts... Let’s just win ball games and that’s with 11! SMH,” said Lamb.

Parsons had previously said he’s not looking to become the highest-paid defender in the NFL. On radio during Super Bowl week, he said the team can’t afford to keep waiting to sign key players like they have in the past with Dak Prescott and Lamb.

Parsons is coming off another strong campaign in the 2024 season with 43 tackles and 12 sacks for his fourth straight season with 12 or more sacks.
