Dez Bryant says this Dallas Cowboys legend should be the next head coach of the team

The Dallas Cowboys are on a five-game losing streak and have trailed by 20 points in their last six home games, setting a new NFL record.

Former All-Pro wide receiver Dez Bryant took to X, formerly Twitter, to say the team needed a complete reset this offseason.

Bryant said current Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy should be out as head coach. McCarthy’s contract, a five-year deal signed in 2020, ends at the conclusion of this season.

He later tweeted that Deion Sanders should take over as head coach next season.

Sanders, a Cowboys legend who won the 1996 Super Bowl with the franchise, has said he’s happy with his current job when asked about the possibility of coaching the Cowboys.

On Bet Online, Sanders is +1600 to be the Cowboys’ next head coach which gives him the 9th best odds.
