Watch: Netflix trailer showcases new documentary on Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders

Dallas Cowboys fans can get excited about a new documentary coming to Netflix all about Cowboys cheerleaders, affectionately known as America’s Sweethearts.

Netflix premiered the trailer on YouTube, which showed close-ups of the team’s iconic cheerleader uniforms alongside women adorning said uniform with a voice-over explaining how it can be euphoric to be a Cowboys cheerleader because of the fan support.

The documentary is titled “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders,” and is directed by Greg Beck Whiteley who also directed popular sports documentaries “Last Chance U,” and “Cheer,” among others.

On Tuesday Netflix released a new trailer for the documentary and announced a premiere date of June 20th.
