Dallas Cowboys cheerleader says Packers players disrespected them during Wild Card game
The Dallas Cowboys fell 48-32 to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in their NFL Wild Card matchup but one cheerleader called out the Packers players for what she felt was disrespectful behavior.
Darian Lassiter, COwboys cheerleader for five seasons, took to her TikTok to explain the behavior.
Lassiter claimed that Packers players were yelling at cheerleaders throughout the game.
“I have never experienced such disrespect from the other teams players to the cheerleaders in my five years as an NFL cheerleader,” says Lassiter, “[Packers players] would come up to us standing on the sideline minding our own business and start yelling at us.”
Lassiter said the players got extremely close when berating them and pointed out that if the Packers players had screamed in the face of Cowboys players they would be flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct but went unpunished for doing it to cheerleaders.
“I understand the playoffs is a huge deal,” said Lassiter, “I truly get it but that does not mean your humbleness and respect for women flies out the window.”
