If NFL legend Jim Brown says it’s 2013, then it’s 2013
Somebody may need to check on Jim Brown.
Brown, who is arguably the greatest football player to ever live, announced the Cleveland Browns’ second round pick Friday night in the NFL draft.
But it didn’t go as smoothly on the Nashville stage for Brown as it did when he was running over defenders in the NFL. Brown, 83, struggled to read the draft card after walking to the lectern with a cane. He announced corner back Greedy Williams from LSU but struggled had trouble reading the text and said “with the 46th pick of the 2013 NFL draft, the Cleveland Browns select Greedy Williams.”
The Hall of Famer still looks good and could probably take most people in a tussle, but he might need to get his eyes checked.
