The Dallas Cowboys finished 10-6 and won a playoff game last season and head into 2019 with coach Jason Garrett in the last year of his contract and coaching for his job.
He will need a deeper run in 2019 to extend a coaching tenure that is second only to Hall of Fame coach Tom Landry in Cowboys history.
The Cowboys are poised to do so with a possible 11-5 regular season and third NFC East title in four years behind quarterback Dak Prescott on the horizon.
