Despite blowout win over Jags, FS1 pundit still critical of Cowboys’ Super Bowl hopes
Colin Cowhered still does not have a very high opinion of the Dallas Cowboys.
Jerry Jones’ team played a complete game on Sunday, dominating the Jacksonville Jaguars, 40-7. Dallas is now 3-3, and just a game behind behind the Washington Redskins for first place in the NFC East.
Those two teams will play this coming Sunday, just outside the nation’s capital.
During Monday’s edition of “The Herd” on Fox Sports 1, Cowherd listed his Super Bowl contenders.
Four NFC teams, including the Rams, Eagles, Saints and Vikings made the list of contenders. The Packers and Saints made the ‘just missed the cut’ column.. and the Bears, Sehawks and Falcons all made the ‘could be anyone’ list.
The Cowboys did not fall into any of the categories above.
Cowhered complimented the Cowboys’ defensive line and linebackers, as well as running Ezekiel Elliott.
But, he then criticized the team’s performances on the road and put together a winning streak.
