Jason Garrett has the support of Jerry Jones.

The owner even vouched for his head coach after the Cowboys lost a dreadful 19-16 overtime game to the Houston Texans during Week 5 of the NFL schedule.

Fans were livid. They, along with media members, said Jones should fire Garrett.

And oddsmakers agreed. So much so that they rated him as the most likely NFL head coach to get fired this season.

Following the Cowboys’ bounce-back win over the Jaguars on Sunday, many fans were still mad. But the victory alleviated some pressure on Garrett.

However, oddsmakers clearly aren’t malleable to perception, because Garrett remains atop BetDSI.com’s list of coaches most likely to be fired first this season at +400.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter is just behind Garrett at +450.

Denver Broncos head coach Vance Joseph ranks third at +650 and Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien ranks fourth at +750.
