Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle David Irving was activated to play for the first time this season early Saturday afternoon but he will not play Sunday night.

Irving, who missed practice on Thursday and Friday (after attending his first of the season on Wednesday) because of a personal family issue, will miss the game for the same reason, according to his agent.

Collins has been slowed by a knee injury and only saw limited action in practice.
