Fans are ripping Jason Witten’s ‘MNF’ performances. Why’d this NFL’er join the chorus?

The leading receiver in the history of the Dallas Cowboys has gotten decidedly mixed reviews in the media since he replaced Jon Gruden as the color analyst for ESPN’s ‘Monday Night Football.’

Football fans have also taken to Twitter to voice their concern over his broadcasting abilities.

Now, one NFL linebacker is getting in on the action. And with good reason.

During ESPN’s Bears-Seahawks’ broadcast on Monday night, Witten mispronounced the name of Denver Broncos linebacker Danny Trevathan.

And Trevathan responded in kind.
