Watch Jerry Jones get rejected in the owner’s box after a Cowboys touchdown
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was pleased on Sunday night.
His team followed up a disappointing 16-8 loss to the Carolina Panthers in the first week of the NFL regular season with a critical 20-13 win over the New York Giants in Week 2.
The defense, led by DeMarcus Lawrence, terrorized Giants quarterback Eli Manning for much of the night. Dak Prescott looked more comfortable in an altered Scott Linehan offense.
And running back Ezekiel Elliott put up solid numbers on the ground.
After Elliott’s lone touchdown of the night. Jones was so excited, he tried to high-five Stephen Jones in the owner’s box.
But his son, who serves as the organization’s vice president, left his old man hanging.
