The Dallas Cowboys’ offense is not off to a good start in 2018.

The Cowboys were held to 610 yards and were 0 for 5 on third-down as the Carolina Panthers took a 10-0 lead into halftime Sunday at Bank of America Stadium.

Dak Prescott completed 6 of 10 passes for 46 yards but his four misses missed badly and were costly. He underthrew tight end Blake Jarwin down field on a 3rd and 7 on the Cowboys’ last possession of the half. Jarwin was wide open on the play.

Ezekiel Elliott only had 18 yards on seven rushes, with a long of seven yards.

Cam Newton has rushed for 64 yards and thrown for 102 yards. His four-yard touchdown run gave the Panthers a 7-0 lead early in the second quarter. The Panthers added a 27-yard field goal in the final seconds of the half for a 10-0 lead.
