Dallas Mavericks center Salah Mejri has surgery on right knee
Dallas Mavericks center Salah Mejri underwent successful arthroscopic surgery Thursday for a right knee debridement.
The surgery was performed at The Carrell Clinic in Dallas by team physician Dr. Daniel Worrel.
In his rookie year for the Mavericks this past season, Mejri averaged 3.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in only 11.7 minutes per game. The 7-2, 235-pounder from Tunisia played in 34 games this past season.
