Dirk gets into scuffle on Mavericks practice court with ‘wrong cat’
The bad news for Texas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor is he’s serving a seven-game suspension for his punch to the chin of Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista.
The good news is that during his suspension he’s apparently doing cool things he normally couldn’t this time of year like hanging out with Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki during one of his workouts at American Airlines Center.
Odor, already offered free food for life from a Fort Worth Barbecue joint, is certainly making the most of the most famous hit of his career.

Leave it to Nowitzki to put this shot out in cyberspace for all to enjoy. Well, all but probably Bautista and Blue Jays fans.
