Try the home court.

The Mavericks want fans to help design the AAC court for home games next season.

Beginning today, fans can log on to Mavs.com/MavsNewCourt for official Mavericks logos and colors, paint restrictions and ideas for a winning court design.

Using PowerPoint, Illustrator or Photoshop, fans will create their own versions and upload their design to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and tag the image with #MavsNewCourt by March 11 at 11:59 pm. (Submissions without the hashtag will not be considered).

From there, a panel of Mavericks judges, including owner Mark Cuban, will choose the top three designs and post them toMavs.com/mavsnewcourt on March 18. Fans will then be able to vote for their favorite and the winning court will be unveiled on the jumbotron at American Airlines Center during the Mavericks’ final regular-season home game, Fan Appreciation Night, on April 13.

The creator of the winning design will win two season tickets for next season and will be recognized on court on opening night next season.
