Fort Worth golfers Martin Piller and Tom Hoge have been added to the field as sponsor’s exemptions for the Dean & DeLuca Invitational, May 23-29 at Colonial Country Club.

Tournament officials confirmed the additions Wednesday, along with notable recent commitments from Patrick Reed, the No. 12 player in the world golf rankings, and Louis Oosthuizen, the No. 13 player and winner of the 2010 British Open. Other recent additions include Kevin Kisner, the No. 22 player in the world rankings, and Si Woo Kim, the No. 44 player in the FedEx Cup standings.

Piller, a former Texas A&M golfer, is the husband of LPGA Tour participant Gerina Piller. He was a two-time winner on the 2015 Web.com Tour and posted his first top-10 finish on the PGA Tour with a tie for fourth at the Texas Open, April 24 in San Antonio. For the season, Piller ranks No. 151 in the FedEx Cup rankings and has earned $331,185.

Hoge, a former TCU golfer, has two top-10 finishes at PGA Tour events this season, including a tie for ninth at the Texas Open. Hoge ranks No. 140 in the FedEx Cup rankings and has earned $368,510 this season, surviving the cut in 7-of-14 starts at tour events.

For Piller and Hoge, this will mark their Colonial debuts as PGA Tour competitors.
