Heights handles Western Hills

Jaiden Zackery threw three of his four touchdown passes to Tariq Woolen, and teammate James Thompson recorded four interceptions as Fort Worth Arlington Heights cruised past the Western Hills Cougars 63-7 in District 7-5A game at Farrington Field. The Yellow Jackets had already clinched a playoff berth. Zackery threw for 214 yards, and Thompson returned one interception 61 yards for a score.

Key players: Woolen finished with five catches for 136 yards. Javeon Moses also scored and rushing touchdown for Heights and added 61 rushing yards. Western Hills quarterback Jayvon Simmons threw one TD pass, but was sacked five times.

Key stat: Heights averaged 12 yards per play in the first half.

Records: Heights 7-2, 5-1 in 7-5A; Western Hills 4-5, 2-4
