He was named the District 3-6A Defensive Player of the Year in a district packed with talent. He welcomed tough defensive assignments, leading the way for the Panther’s perimeter defense that helped secure a 35-3 overall record and a district title.

He played winning basketball overall, recording a 4.72 assist to turnover ratio and committing 46 turnovers in 38 games played. His team oriented play didn’t require him to be a top scorer, but it was just as important to the squad’s area leading success.
