Dallas-Fort Worth area high school softball player of the week from Rockwall
Rockwall’s Elizabeth Schaefer was voted DFW softball player of the week.
Schaefer got 65% of the votes after helping send the Yellowjackets to the UIL state tournament for the first time. The ACU commit drove in seven runs during a sweep over Bryan.
Flower Mound’s Carsyn Lee came in second. Aledo’s Marissa Powell came in third.
