These two DFW regional round games will be aired live on TXA 21 this week
The TXA 21 crew will head out to Denton this week for two Dallas-Fort Worth playoff games.
Euless Trinity and Southlake Carroll will be aired live when the two kick off 7 p.m. Friday from UNT’s Apogee Stadium.
The second game will stay in Denton for Saturday’s contest between Haltom and Hebron at 2 p.m.
Trinity (10-1) and Carroll (12-0), in the 6A Division I bracket, meet for the eighth time. The Dragons own a 4-3 advantage through the first seven games. Trinity won 21-20 last year while Carroll won 42-28 in 2016.
Haltom (12-0) and Hebron (8-4) are looking to make more history when they kick off in 6A Division II. The Buffalos have set a program record for wins in a season and can clinch a state quarterfinal berth for the first time. The Hawks are looking to advance to the quarterfinals for the first time since 2007.
Last week, TXA aired Aledo and Lovejoy. This will be Haltom’s second time on TXA in three weeks (bi-district vs Bowie).
